We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and improve your stay:
- Contact Form Submissions: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and your message.
- Booking Data: When you book through our integrated Smoobu platform, Smoobu collects and processes your booking details (dates, guest count, payment information) under their own privacy policy.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure viewed pages, the general source of visits, openings of the booking calendar and clicks on email or WhatsApp links. This helps us understand visits from search engines and AI assistants. Google receives usage data and browser information; analytics cookies use identifiers to distinguish visits. These data should not be described as completely anonymous.
Our measurement events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents or booking-form values. We remove URL query strings and fragments from measured page addresses and limit referral information. We do not enable advertising consent through this choice.
Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_* are configured for up to 365 days without automatically extending that period on each visit. The cookie lifetime is different from the retention of data in an analytics account. You can remove cookies or withdraw your choice sooner.
Google Analytics does not load before you allow analytics, or when you choose Essential only. No Analytics measurements are sent while it remains blocked. Withdrawing permission stops future measurements and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site; it does not automatically delete data already sent.

5. Data Retention
- Contact form messages are retained for 24 months, then deleted.
- Booking data is retained by Smoobu according to their data retention policy and applicable tax/legal requirements.
