The property
Casa do Sol is a private stone villa in Infesta, Celorico de Basto, Northern Portugal. An old rural building began a new chapter in 2023, preserving its stone and creating spaces for guests. The house welcomes one group at a time, with up to six guests in three en-suite bedrooms.

The property includes an 11-metre private pool, an outdoor cedar sauna heated with firewood, an equipped kitchen, living room and barbecue. Firewood for the sauna is included. Starlink internet and parking are available at the house. Outdoor amenities include a playground and trampoline; children must be supervised near the pool and when using the equipment.
Casa do Sol has mountain views and is around 50 minutes by car from Porto, depending on traffic. Celorico de Basto offers the Tâmega greenway, Arnóia Castle, camellia gardens and wine tourism at Quinta de Santa Cristina. These external activities have their own access and booking arrangements.
